- 8:30 to 9:20 AM: Registration and setup. Late registrants may be removed from the draw.
- 9:30 AM: 4 rounds
- Lunch
- 2:30 PM: 4 rounds
- Prize ceremony following final game

Entry Fees
ENTRIES LIMITED TO THE FIRST 24 "PAID" PLAYERS
$35 for all players
ALL entries must be PAID and received by January 3, 2013. No entries will be accepted at the door. All players must be current members of the North American Scrabble Players Association (NASPA) and provide membership number to verify.
Cancellation Policy: All cancelled entries are subject to a $5 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS for cancellations made after 10:00PM on Thursday, January 3, 2013.
Prizes
80-85% of entry fees.
Format
Divisions of 8 players. 7 rounds Round-Robin plus 1 round KOTH. Pairings will be based on the January 2013, NASPA ratings or more recent cross tables. Director may change format depending on the number of entries.
A NASPA rated Collins Division will be played if at least four Collins players sign up for the tournament.
