- 8:30 to 9:20 AM: Registration and setup. Late registrants may be removed from the draw.
- 9:30 AM: 4 rounds
- Lunch
- 2:30 PM: 4 rounds
- Prize ceremony following final game

ENTRIES LIMITED TO THE FIRST 24 "PAID" PLAYERS
$35 for all players
This tournament includes a "Friends of the Director" contest
ALL entries must be PAID and received by 10 PM Thursday, January 21, 2010. No entries will be accepted at the door. All players (except first-time competitors) must be current members of the North American Scrabble Players Association (NASPA) and provide membership number, card, or label to verify.
Cancellation Policy: All cancelled entries are subject to a $5 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS for cancellations made after 9:00PM on Thursday, January 21, 2010.
Prizes
80-85% of entry fees.
Friends of the Director Contest: Players who make mistakes on their tournament tally slips will be assessed a penalty of $1.00 per incident. Players who do not make any mistakes on their tournament tally slips will be eligible to win the money collected.
Format
Divisions of 8 players. 7 rounds Round-Robin plus 1 round KOTH. Pairings will be based on the January, 2010, NASPA ratings or more recent cross tables. Director may change format depending on the number of entries.
