+ The RulesDouble Bingo is a contest played over the course of the first 13 sessions of the 2003-2004 season in NSA Club #565. The object of Double Bingo is to work our way through the alphabet playing bingos that begin with either one of the session's designated "Double Bingo letters." The Double Bingo letters are the letters of the alphabet starting at each end and working towards the middle. For example, the first session will feature the Double Bingo letters A and Z, the first and last letters of the alphabet. The next session will feature B and Y, the second and second to last letters of the alphabet. This will progress until the end of the contest, which will feature M and N, the 13th and 14th letters of the alphabet. For each bingo you play that begins with either of that session's Double Bingo letters, you score 1 point. For instance, if the Double Bingo Letters are A and Z and you play two bingos starting with the letter A, you would score 2 points. If you play a bingos beginning with BOTH of the session's Double Bingo letters, you
get a bonus of 1 extra point. For instance, if the session's Double Bingo
letters are G and T and the list of bingos on your
scorecard includes the bingos GRANDER, TREASON, and GENERAL,
you would score 4 points: Each session, one dollar will be taken out of the dues collected and added to The Double Bingo Jackpot. At the end of the 13th Session, the player with the most points will win The Double Bingo Jackpot. In the event of a tie, the pot shall be divided evenly between the winners. + The Bingos
